Vintage Seattle Tacoma Intl Hotel Ad Printing Block with WU Husky Mascot Martini

Description

This is a Large, Heavy 10" Vintage Printing Block for Advertising the Globe Room at the Seattle Tacoma International Airport Hotel.
The large block is about 10" x 4 5/8 x 7/8".  The piece is very heavy weighing nearly three pounds.  It has a metal plate mounted on wood.  The non-ferrous metal appears to me to be brass.
When printed, the image will show:
Top right - "Globe Room"
Bottom - center to right corner - "Seattle - Tacoma International Airport"
Left side - "The Husky", martini glass with olive, "A King-Size Martini" and the price .40.  The cocktail is named for the Washington University Husky mascot.
Among the photos is one of the block as it appears when you view it, and one flipped horizontally with Photoshop so that you can see what the appearance of the print ad would be.  The main / gallery photo has the two images composed into a single photo, and there is an individual photo of each view as well.
I do not know the specific age of the piece but the .40 price for a king-size martini would seem to indicate that it is quite old.  The two digit cents part of the price can be typeset from the back as seen in the lower photo.  I am speculating that this was done to extend the life of the ad, such that when enough inflation occurred that the price reached .00 it would be time to commission a new ad.
Condition
The areas of lettering are in high relief.  The central area has an intaglio image that appears to be a sketchy cityscape of the Seattle skyline.  There is a area in the center of the city image that appears to have some missing metal as seen.  I cannot tell if this is represents some damage or if it is simply an artifact of the original creation of the printing block.
Also there are a few small spots of off-white paint overspray or similar.  These were highlighted on the photos by the flash, but on the actual piece they are barely noticeable.
The piece is otherwise in excellent condition.
