SAILING ON ROUGH SEAS GORDON GRANT 1927 THIS IS A VINTAGE PRINT OF SAILING ON THE ROUGH SEAS BY WELL KNOWN ARTIST GORDON GRANT, 1927.   ANOTHER WONDERFUL PIECE OF NEW ENGLAND HISTORY, UNDER GLASS READY TO HANG
This is an old frame and does show some age - see photos. It's very hard to get good pictures when it's under glass. There is some damage to the frame but what looks like damage in the picture is consistent around the whole frame and is part of it - it is not damage.  hope you can tell the different. It's really nice looking
Gordon Grant was an American artist who was born in 1875. Their work was featured in several exhibitions at key galleries and museums, including the
National WWI Museum and Memorial
and the
Taubman Museum of Art
.
The artist died in 1963.
