Sailboat with Barrel in Beautiful Gold Frame,Under Glass
There is no name on this and it's very difficult to take pictures under glass
I do not think it's an oil.
The matting is discolored and there is some dirt under the glass - see photos
It's a wonderful old gold like frame and looks wonderful on a wall. There are some chips and scratches. I do not think it shows when hung
