Vintage Paske Girl With Yellow Hair Painting 20th Century Oil on Canvas

This is a portrait of an adorable little girl with yellow hair and a yellow umbrella & dress. Comes in a vintage frame. Signed, top right by Paske. Oil on canvas.
According to the back of this, my father paid 0 for it probably in the 60's or 70's since it was around as long as I can remember.
This is a very old frame and there are some scratches, also age spots on the matting around the picture. (see photo's). For it's age it is in really good condition.
