Vintage Original Painting - Signed M.M. Adams - 1938 - "Rhodeodendron"

Description

I acquired this piece at Dennis Auction in NJ that clears many estates from Manhattan. The paint has a very flat finish so my impression is that this may be watercolor on board. The frame is painted with gold paint. I am moving to a beach property and this doesn't work very well for the new house.
I love this piece and it's been in my office for years. The colors are beautiful...with shades of pink in the flowers and yellow filtered light coming from a window.
It is signed lower right: M.M. Adams and labeled on the back "Rhododendrons" by Marie M. Adams 1938
Dimensions: 16 wide x 20" tall
Condition: I don't see any losses, but it can probably can use a cleaning.
