The pitcher is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines, or crazing. The piece is in dark blue, but is not as dark as some of the photos suggest. The color of the pitcher is closest to the color in the first photo and not in the next three photos. The piece is lightly soiled especially along the edges of the base and the top and has some minor blemishes here and there, all of which can be seen in the photos. Finally, the piece has many spots that are white in color on top of the shoulder which we are not certain what they are. There is also a small spot representing a flake to the surface coloring, which can be seen in the third photo above the fire. Be that as it may, this is a very nice old piece worthy of a spot in your collection. Please see photos to appreciate the beauty of the bowl and for additional condition information.
