South African Interest Oil on Board August Garbe (1863-1944) German Listed

Description

Depicting a pair of maidens from the Xhosa tribe of Eastern Cape, South Africa. Signed and inscribed by the artist lower right. I am guesstimating 1930's. Unframed, size is 47x37cm (18.5x14.5"). G
