Greenhouses were invented to permit the growing and sale of flowers in the off seasons. They literally change the environment from a cold winter to a warm spring, with science controlling the best temperatures, humidity and light levels and duration, thus providing year round live floral decoration. Painted by hand using fine oil paints on a canvas, your new landscape will bring to mind the peace and serenity of a beautiful home. It will add beauty to the atmosphere of your home or place of business.

Stretched To Save You Money

May Be Hung With Or Without A Frame
BUYER BEWARE ****** DO NOT BE FOOLED
Many paintings on the internet created on canvas sold by others will arrive rolled up in a cardboard tube. This allows these sellers to avoid the significant expense of stretching your painting, as well as the much greater cost of shipping your painting in stretched form. How nice of them!
All of our paintings are stretched and ready to either frame or to hang as-received We include in your price the extra cost of shipping a large (up to 36X48X3 inches) package by Fedex, and we also include the cost of stretching your paintings.
Thus, should your painting arrive in a tube, you are faced with the additional expense of properly stretching and mounting your floppy canvas on stretcher bars. Recent quotations for stretching paintings from national chain and from local framers range from a low of .00 for a 20X24 inch painting to 0.00 for a very large 36X48 inch painting. So you can figure out how much you save by paying us a little extra for our already stretched paintings. You also save the hassle of finding someone to stretch your paintings, delivering them and then picking them up days or weeks later.
This is a
genuine individual oil painting
, not an ink print on canvas (often described by sellers with the French word "giclee" as a sophisticated verbal emolument). It began life as a bare piece of canvas. Then, a talented young artist worked his magic
by hand
with brushes and palette knives working oil paint on a palette, and a container of linseed oil. The result is a truly individual work of art, ready to frame, that you will be proud of and enjoy for many years. NOTE: If hung as - received, edge staples and some partly painted canvas on the edges may be noticeable when viewed from an angle at close distance.
You will find three images above. The first is the painting itself, and the second is a detailed close up of a small area that illustrates the brush strokes and the texture of the paint and canvas. The third is the reverse side of a stretched painting illustrating how the stretcher bars form a solid backing frame for your painting.
