Fresh from a local Central New York Estate we are pleased to offer for sale an Original Watercolor Painting by Paul Rose (1931-2018) a well listed Artist, signed lower right & dated "96" lower right, (see photos).
The Condition of the Painting is Excellent, the frame has some small scuffs & rubs to the wood (looks like a some wood scratch touch up would fix it.) which is visible in the photos, the frame measures about 22" by 18". Please view A
