Old  oil painting on panel, it is finished very finely with excellent colors!
The painting shows a landscape with a rooster and chickens.
The painting is signed, H. van Tankeren,

H. van Tankeren was born and died in Breda, Holland}.
Herman painted  primarily landscapes
and stable interiors with
roosters, chickens and small farm animals
He recieved lessons from the well known painter Jan Theuns, who also lived in Breda.
The size of the panel is, 8.4 x 11 inches.
The size of the outside of the frame is, 11 x 12.6 inches.
