This is a Quincy suction valve.
Th
is valve appears to be new, not dirty but is a little "rough" on the bottom surface.
There are 2 of these available and they are both in similar condition.
This is part number 7743X and appears to be new in the package.
There is some light surface rust which I had wiped down with a soft cotton cloth with a couple drops of light 3 in 1 oil and this removed much of the rust.
This is new old stock acquired from a local university.
