A- :  Perfect glass. No scratches. Perfect touch and display. LCD will have one or two color or black dots on display but does not affect functionality. LCD may have light to medium image burn (shadow).
Frame: For options with a frame, there may be minor scratches on the frame.
Included in package
One LCD, digitizer and outer glass combo and one tool bag. It DOES NOT come with adhesives unless stated in the listing. Use double sided tapes to secure the LCD combo.
Important
Proper equipment and experiences are required to safely disassemble or assemble device screens. Please only purchase
this item if you know how to install it. Professional installation is highly recommended.
Please test the LCD and make sure it is fully functional before installing it. LCD, digitizer or outer glass is not eligible for return if it has been installed.
Warranty -  60 Days
• All the Items repaired or sold by us within 60 days without any physical damages, misuse or water damages will be covered.
• All brand-new unused items will be covered.
• All items that are covered under the warranty will be repaired, issued a store credit or exchanged.
• All store credits issued will be based on current pricing.
• All items that has been opened or repaired by anyone other than Lenwell employees will not be covered.
• Any damaged items due to improper installation, removal or misuse will not be covered.
• Any signs of pressure points on any LCD will not be accepted. They will be considered damaged by improper installation or misuse.
• Any LCD that has been installed will not be covered under the Warranty.
Shipping
Free shipping from Houston TX via USPS First Class Mail. Item will be shipped same day if order placed before 4pm Central Time.
We'll ONLY ship the item to your PayPal Confirmed Address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you buy.
Return Policy
Restocking fee
: There will be a 15% restocking fee if order is mistakenly placed or item is no longer needed. If you have any questions regarding the item, please send us a message before purchasing.
Return shipping
: Return shipping are buyer's responsibility unless the return is a result of Lenwell's oversight.
Eligibility
: No LCD, digitizer or outer glass is eligible for return if it has been installed. All items must be returned in their original conditions within (30) days from the purchase date if the items have not be installed. We highly recommend our customers to test the LCD and make sure it is fully functional before installing it.
DOA (Dead On Arrival)
: Take a picture of the outer box if you have received a damaged package. Check all the contents inside for any physical damage and send the pictures to us as evidence within 3 Days for a return or refund.
RMA
: If this item does not work properly for you, please contact us via eBay message before opening a case. We will either refund or exchange right away per your request.
