    Original Fay Turpin (1892-1967) "Paris Ste Genevieve" Watercolor.
    The painting seems to be in good condition with bright colors.
    It is in the original frame with original matting and backing.
    It appears to be 1930's-1950's to me but please be your own judge.
    The frame measures 16 by 20 inches with the exposed part of the picture bring 9 by 12 inches.
