Davis Francis Schwartz (1879-1969, a listed San Francisco California Artist) . The title of this painting is :  " OLD CUSTOM HOUSE MONTEREY " (California) .  The Watercolor canvass is 16"x20" , and in the frame the painting measures  21.5" x 26" inclusive of border frame . Original Frame with Glass. The border of the frame is 3 inches wide.  There are a few small nicks and dents around the frame as you can see in the photos. Please note there are labels on the back of the frame, see photos.  Please email with any questions.
A few years ago an online art appraiser valued this at approximately 0 at that time. I will start with that as a bid start-off price with a Best Offer option. With packaging this will weigh over 6 to 7 lbs however I will only charge for 5 lbs to ship and I will cover the rest.*
Shipping with the most economical way through either Usps, Fedex, or UPS depending on carrier price. I will choose USPS as a start off point in the auction and may change it to a lesser cost carrier after the auction is over as I mentioned above.*
