I would like to see your photo(s) before you order. Almost all portraits are do-able,however a building that is obscured by heavy foliage etc. might be iffy.Also photos that are taken with extreme perspectives can be a problem. Make sure that you have at least one clear photo that shows the whole house in the angle that you like best. I use the primary photo for the structure, the angle/view, and the perspective. Additional close-up shots are helpful for details.
You can contact me and submit your photos to me via eBay messaging.
You can indicate things you would like deleted, added, and enhanced.
Send along a photo or description of your pet if you'd like her in the portrait
A caption such as an address etc. can be included
A scan of the finished painting is sent to you for your approval before shipping
The completion time varies, depending mostly on my schedule of commissions. If you need a last minute gift or tight deadline there are gift certificates available. Before you order I can tell you when to expect the finished painting.
Free shipping to USA! The painting is backed with foamcore board, protected with a plastic sleeve ,and extra cardboard support. Ships flat in a sturdy package.
I use archival fade-proof ink, transparent and opaque watercolors,and acid-free 140 lb. Canson watercolor paper.
