    Description

    Vintage watercolor painting of coastal Maine, signed in lower left by J. Salsbury. Beautiful artwork, soft and simple and yet deft. Just lovely. Matted and framed under glass, with artwork measuring 5.75” by 3.75”, total dimensions with frame 10.25” by 8.25”. Artwork in excellent condition, with no age toning or spotting. Frame shows chipping on all edges, and only a few nails hold the backing in place. Wire for hanging is loose at one end. Judging from the nails on back, I believe this is quite old.
