This charming antique painting shows a classic European village scene, possibly dating to the turn of the century or earlier.  It is signed in the lower left - but is a little difficult to make out - possibly Le Blond?  It is oil on canvas and measures 18" by 24".  With frame, it measures 22 1/2" by 28 1/2".  There is some slight crackling of paint in the lower right corner which isn't very noticeable.  And, a cleaning would probably brighten this painting.  The frame has some chips and is in fair condition.
