    , located in the 5 o'clock position  edge of metal plate and scenery. In rainbow colors and beyond are used to create this miniature masterpiece. Was this an actual place that was painted or from the minds eye of the Artist, I, wonder... Nevertheless,  Somewhere in time...
    This stunning work of art was distributed by the Ovington Co., firm in New York
    circa 1921
    formerly, the Ovington Brother's.  It measures approximately

    in Diameter.  Any white spots seen are strictly light reflections from the high gloss glaze.
